Renew Indianapolis is pleased to announce that it has been designated as a NeighborWorks America® Chartered Member. NeighborWorks America builds skills, supplements resources, and amplifies the reach of grassroots organizations to transform communities, and has a network of more than 245 chartered members across the country.
Today Mayor Joe Hogsett announced Martindale Brightwood as the second Lift Indy area for 2021, joining the Near North corridor. Each will receive an anticipated $3.5 million in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding over the next three years.
The Edge Fund completed the third affordable multifamily housing loan in its first year of lending to multifamily developments.

We are pleased to announce that Renew Indianapolis continues to attract more resources to the community. Renew’s CDFIs, Build Fund and Edge Fund, were awarded more than $500,000 to expand lending for small business development and affordable housing.
