Why did you choose to use the Renew Indianapolis Affordable Homeownership program and the Homesmart Loan?
I just happened to see the home on the market and went to take a look. My realtor looked at the details about the home and discovered the home was through Renew Indianapolis.
What do you like, love and/or enjoy about the neighborhood you chose?
I grew up in this neighborhood! It is nice to see how my neighborhood is evolving.
How was the process of buying a home through Renew Indianapolis?
I loved the process! The process was fast and efficient. Everyone from Renew Indianapolis to the lender were nice, professional, and excited to help with the process. Everyone made it stress-free.
What does homeownership mean for you and/or your family?
Homeownership will help build generational wealth for my daughter. Most importantly, we have a place where we can call home instead of renting.

I am thankful and grateful for this program and the opportunity to work with Renew Indianapolis in a seller’s market. I didn’t think I would find an affordable home. Thank you so much!
